You can choose a simple custom - no charm or accent stones (which will be a small pendant which can be made into a choker) 

You can also choose a custom pendant with a charm 

OR! you can choose a pendant with a accent stone & a charm (or just accent stone) 

You would choose the options in the option section. 

The moldavite for this listing is 1 gram or under
